This website is run by ScomsPRO, 6805 Mayfield Rd, Cleveland Ohio (“we”, “us”). We decide what information is collected here and how it is used.
The site runs on technology from NEAPES LLC (“NEAPES”), which hosts it and processes information for us under contract. NEAPES may use it only to provide the service to us, and does not sell it.
2.Information we collect
When you sign in
Your name, email address and mobile number. You sign in with a one-time code sent by email or text, so there is no password to store. Your sign-in is a NEAPES account: it also works on other sites powered by NEAPES, but each business sees only what you do with it.
When you order
- What you order, any notes, and how and when you want it — including your delivery address.
- Your name and phone number, so we can reach you about the order.
- Payment status. Online payments are handled by a secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card number or bank login.
When you book a table
The date, time and size of your party, your name, phone, email if you give it, and any requests or occasion you tell us about.
Gift cards
Who bought each card, who it is for, the message, and its balance and use.
When you contact us
Your name, email, phone and message.
Automatically
- Technical information about your device and browser, used to keep the site secure and working.
3.How we use it
- To take, prepare, deliver and support your orders and bookings.
- To contact you about an order or booking — for example, if an item is unavailable.
- To show you your past orders and bookings when you sign in.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and misuse.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time.
5.Cookies and browser storage
- Your browser stores what this site needs to work: keeping you signed in, your cart and your display settings.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this information at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data.
6.How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
